lovely stay near everything
sea view excellent location easy beach access
I found the staff very accommodating . they promptly fulfilled my request for a room facing the sea. the location was excellent. It was so easy to access restaurants and shops. the hotel's proximity to the beach was a major plus for me.
the bathroom had a slight musty smell sometimes.

The staff provided prompt room service. Requests were fulfilled quickly. front desk assistance was available 24/7, answering questions and providing directions. staff members consistently demonstrated a helpful attitude! but, sometimes, the wait for services was longer.

the breakfast buffet included a variety of options such as fresh fruit, pastries, and cooked dishes. there were dedicated stations for coffee, tea, and juices available! but it needed to be fresher. the restaurant offered both indoor and outdoor seating areas.

My room featured a king-size bed with comfortable linens. a minibar stocked with drinks and snacks was available. There was a tv with international channels. the air conditioning worked efficiently. but the tv remote needed batteries.

The location is good because I found everything accessible by walk. Rooms are satisfactory. Pools is a good size, great for leisure. Housekeeping staff did a great job to keep everything very clean.
The hotel charges a relatively high price for transport to the airport, and that created a small inconvenience.

The hotel offered immediate beach access, I noticed that it's also steps away from Lamai's central area. This proximity makes it very easy to explore local attractions and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the area.

I saw staff greeted everyone with smiles and provided prompt assistance. The manager was visible, and he addressed guest concerns efficiently. This resulted in a smooth and attentive experience .

Breakfast offered good choices, I noticed there was plentiful juice, tea, and coffee. The breakfast area was well-stocked and maintained. I saw staff replenished items quickly, which ensured a satisfactory dining experience.

amazing location helpful staff infinity pool awful breakfast few sun loungers basic room
the location was amazing it was right on the beach. the staff were helpful polite and pleasant i found them good. the infinity pool gave beautiful sea views i swam there every day.
the breakfast was awful it was an expensive disappointment. there were not enough sun loungers for everyone this made relaxing difficult. the rooms were very basic they need updating.

great layout super clean room easy access helpful staff
The pool area IS excellent. It provides ample space and great layout for everyone. I found the room super clean, excellent. The location allowed easy walking access to local attractions. The hotel staff was generally helpful when approached with questions.
Some of the furniture showed slight signs of wear, which could use a refresh.

The breakfast had a generous selection, offering lots of choices. Juices, tea, and coffee were plentiful, a super bonus. Restaurant staff provided helpful and friendly service during meals.

The hotel features multiple pools to pick from. The beach is cleaned daily of seaweed and debris. This keeps it super clean. There were plenty of beach and pool loungers available to use.

The room came with fresh towels and clean bed linen daily, a GREAT touch. Air conditioning worked WELL. I really liked having the balcony (i spent a lot of time there!).

The infinity pool had sea views. The staff were helpful and polite. The hotel offers massage services on the hotel (i found it very relaxing).
The breakfast quality was poor. I found the restaurant very expensive. The service was slow, from cleaning to room service.
